Friday Finds #8

Friday finds is a meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading which showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list. Whether you found them online, in a bookstore, or in the library - wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased).

Hey book nerds! :3 I hope you're all doing well. ^.^ I'm still waiting for my friends Christmas present to arrive from Asia. It's taking much longer than I expected and I really hope It arrives by the time I see her next. xD Anyway - the week is nearly coming to a close, and every day I'm always coming across new books I want to read and have added to my TBR list! :3

Friday Finds

Chain Letter: Two Books in One (Chain Letter, #1-2) by Christopher Pike.
He knows their secret and he wants to play...
Chain Letter: When Alison and her friends start receiving chain letters demanding dangerous and impossible deeds from them, they figure it is just a sick joke. Until one by one they start to go missing ...
Chain Letter - The Ancient Evil: Just when they thought they were safe, the letters start being delivered again. This time demanding even more horrific tasks from them in return for their lives. Can they survive long enough to uncover the sender?

Anew (The Archers Of Avalon, #1) by Chelsea Fine.
Two years ago, Scarlet awoke in the forest alone, afraid, and unable to remember anything. Lost and confused, her life was a mystery...until she met a boy with a familiar voice. Gabriel Archer has a voice from her past, and Scarlet's determined to remember why. She immerses herself in his life only to discover he has a brother he's kept hidden from her: Tristan Archer. Upon meeting Tristan, Scarlet's world becomes even more muddled. While she's instinctively drawn to Gabriel, she's impossibly drawn to Tristan--and confused out of her mind. As she tries to piece together her history Scarlet realises her past...might just be the death of her.

Virals (Virals, #1) by Kathy Reichs.
Tory Brennan, niece of acclaimed forensic anthropologist Temperance Brennan (of the Bones novels and hit TV show), is the leader of a ragtag band of teenage "sci-philes" who live on a secluded island off the coast of South Carolina. When the group rescues a dog caged for medical testing on a nearby island, they are exposed to an experimental strain of canine parvovirus that changes their lives forever. As the friends discover their heightened senses and animal-quick reflexes, they must combine their scientific curiosity with their newfound physical gifts to solve a cold-case murder that has suddenly become very hot if they can stay alive long enough to catch the killer's scent. Fortunately, they are now more than friends they're a pack. They are Virals.

Nightshade (Nightshade, #1) by Andrea Cremer.
Calla Tor has always known her destiny: After graduating from the Mountain School, she'll be the mate of sexy alpha wolf Ren Laroche and fight with him, side by side, ruling their pack and guarding sacred sites for the Keepers. But when she violates her masters' laws by saving a beautiful human boy out for a hike, Calla begins to question her fate, her existence, and the very essence of the world she has known. By following her heart, she might lose everything- including her own life. Is forbidden love worth the ultimate sacrifice?
